When you shop with Chill Clouds, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we'll put in the work to make it right.
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, our 100 Day Make-it-Right Guarantee allows you to request refunds or returns within 100 days from purchase. If 100 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
Reporting a Problem
To start a refund or return, please contact our customer support team here. You can call us, email us at [email protected], or chat with us by clicking the blue bubble at the bottom right of your screen.
As part of our 100 Day Make-it-Right Guarantee, you have 100 days to return an unopened item. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a refund. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.
As part of our 100 Day Make-it-Right Guarantee, if you are unhappy with your product, opened items cannot be fully refunded, but in most cases, you may be entitled to store credit or a replacement product as long as your return is placed within 100 days of purchase.
No returns, refunds or exchanges on any products not able to be sold because of any causes beyond the control of either party, including but not limited to, acts of God, weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, riots, insurrection, terrorist attacks, government regulatory actions, acts or decrees of governmental or military bodies, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, or any other force majeure event.
If you are eligible for a refund, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. In most cases, refunds are issued within 2-3 business days, but may sometimes take up to 7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank. It may take some time for processing before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer support team here or email us at [email protected].
